Gall is delighted to have won “Disputes Boutique of the Year”, “Best in Labour and Employment” and the “Rising Star” award for partner Brooke Holden at the inaugural Asialaw Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Awards 2015 held in Hong Kong on 24th September.
The Disputes Boutique of the Year award is given following extensive consultation with the market, including surveys, interviews and additional research. It reinforces Gall’s position as a leading Hong Kong independent law firm focused on dispute resolution, advising on major cases in nearly all key dispute resolution sectors, including business and commercial litigation, fraud, employment and matrimonial disputes, insolvency and obtaining emergency injunctive relief remedies. The firm is delighted to win this award.
Gall is also very pleased that Brooke Holden, who was very recently promoted to Partner, was named the overall “Rising Star” in Dispute Resolution in Asia at the awards. This major achievement follows her inclusion this year in Asian Legal Business’ ‘Forty under Forty’ – a list of ‘Asia’s Brightest Young Legal Minds’. Brooke joined the firm in August 2014 from Pinsent Masons. A senior disputes lawyer, she advises domestic (HK) and international clients in relation to litigation, arbitration and mediation.
The firm’s win for the “Best in Labour & Employment” award reinforces the firm’s position and its long-standing reputation as the leading employment law firm in Hong Kong. Under Nick Gall’s leadership the employment team is delighted to have been joined by Andrea Randall as a Senior Associate in late summer. She is an Employment and Regulatory Lawyer advising on both Hong Kong and English law.
