Gall has been recognised as an “Employer of Choice” in Hong Kong by Asian Legal Business (ALB) magazine. The survey asked lawyers and support staff for their thoughts on their roles, career prospects and work/life balance, amongst other things. Last year, over 2,500 private practice lawyers across Asia participated.
According to the survey results, a good employer is one that provides development, encouragement, feedback and flexibility. Most respondents shared that firms could improve by offering ‘more’ – more professional development opportunities and more chances to improve their expertise. Having contributions and successes recognised by management is another critical decide for job satisfaction.
