Partner and Head of Family and Divorce Practice Caroline McNally has been elected Chairman of the Hong Kong Family Law Association (HKFLA) for 2017. Caroline has been a Committee member since 2015 and served as Honourable Secretary of the HKFLA during 2016.
The HKFLA is a non-profit making association consisting of family lawyers and related professionals. The Association was founded in 1986 with the aim of promoting the development of family law and practice in Hong Kong. The Association also conducts research work on family law and makes representations to the Government and other relevant authorities relating to family law. Since inception, the HKFLA has grown considerably and today comprises a wide spectrum of professionals, including lawyers, academics, mediators, mental health professionals, accountants and social workers. Many of the members are also trained mediators and collaborative practitioners.
