Women in Law Hong Kong (WILHK) in partnership with The Women’s Foundation Hong Kong (TWF), one of Hong Kong’s leading NGO’s for the advancement of women, has announced the launch of their cross-firm mentoring programme. The 10-month pilot programme is the first of its kind that is specific for legal professionals in Hong Kong. It includes a calendar of workshops, guidance from male and female mentors and a support network to assist female legal professionals reach the next stage in their career.
Gall partner and WILHK Committee Member Brooke Holden said, “We are proud and very excited to launch the Legal Mentoring Programme with the support of The Women’s Foundation. This initiative will provide invaluable support and guidance to younger female lawyers as part of our commitment to enhancing the skills and development of women in the legal profession.”
